Herb has over 35 years of international business experience. This includes 33 years with Bayer, where he held positions in sales, marketing and general management. He was Senior Vice President of the company’s global High Performance Organic Pigments business and also served as President and CEO of Dystar LP, a joint venture of Bayer and Hoechst.

His experience is particularly valuable to small and medium-sized companies interested in partnerships with larger or multi-national operations. He knows what these companies demand, in certifications, documented QA and other formalized processes, so he can help you develop and implement comprehensive training and QA programs.
