Fred Rappaport—CEO

Fred has almost thirty years of experience in consulting, manufacturing, retailing and services businesses. He was the founder and president of The Associated Business Group, an international consultancy, advising clients on business development, sales, financial systems, team building and selling their business ownership.

He’s held senior positions with Baron Management and Delta Capital Group, working on financial/cash management, debt/loan restructuring, and sales and marketing. He has owned and operated successful fine dining restaurants in Vermont and was Executive Vice-President and Production Engineer for Nantucket Naturals, an apparel manufacturer.

Over the course of his career, Fred has worked in every area of small to medium-sized businesses, from inside operations to outside sales. He works with AMS clients on all strategic and operational issues, serving as a champion of company values and transforming cultures for improved profitability.
